Imaga stands as a bootstrapped venture, brought to life by the dynamic trio of co-founders: Praveen, Rohit, and Bala. With their combined expertise spanning nearly five decades, our company, headquartered in New Delhi and Bengaluru, thrives at the intersection of experience and innovation.
THE TEAM
The Bumboo founders form a cohesive team with a combined experience of 45 years spanning diverse domains such as strategy, sales, distribution, finance, team leadership, ecosystem engagement, and entrepreneurship. This wealth of diverse expertise is now being harnessed to build a commercially scalable business model that aims to positively impact communities worldwide.
Bala is a mechanical engineer with experience across sales, marketing, brand and business strategy. As a strategy consultant Bala has worked with companies like Uber, Airbnb, Facebook, SAP and several others.Previously he was with NASSCOM 10,000 startups where he engaged with the technology landscape to enable startups and policymakers to collaborate and work together.He drives strategy, investor relations, brand, HR and marketing at IMAGA. | An MBA grad from Singapore, Praveen brings more than a decade of business experience under his belt. He is a mindfulness practitioner and has worked across consulting, fintech and his family owned manufacturing businesses.Previously he was with NASSCOM 10,000 startups where he engaged with the country's largest technology global in house centres pairing them with the best startups across fintech, SAAS and other high growth industry. Praveen is also an avid investor in early stage startups. He heads our operations in South as well as leads all our manufacturing initiatives. | Rohit is an industrial production engineer and has an immersive experience in distribution and supply chain in the FMCG & FMCD industries.Rohit started his entrepreneurial journey with Box Dazzle a D2C sampling startup. Post this Rohit worked a an distribution partner for E commerce brands like Snapdeal and FMCG brands like Godrej, HUL, Nestle etc. He was instrumental in enabling the relaunch of Maggi in 2015. At IMAGA Rohit leads all finance, distribution processes and North India Operations. |
